In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, residents can use Tribe Home, our property management and building communication tool to stay informed about essential building-related matters, submit documents, and select alternative payment methods. It is important to stay connected during periods of mail service interruptions or postal strikes.

If you are unable to locate a previous invitation, simply visit https://app.tribehome.com/invite to receive a new one sent directly to your registered email address with Tribe. If you don't think you have ever received an invitation, you can easily request one by visiting https://app.tribehome.com/find-my-community.

Once you have registered your account, you will begin receiving important communications via email notification (and app notifications if enabled).
Customer Support
Reach out to our team 24/7 through Tribe Home's Help Desk for support with issues or queries and find commonly asked questions and answers. Here you will find how to order a new fob, submit a renovation request as well as instructions on how to pay an outstanding balance, fines and more. Any questions or requests submitted here are trackable, so you can see the current status of your query.
Account Balance
Take advantage of the account balance feature in Tribe Home called My Balance. Accessible through the left sidebar menu, the "My Balance" option provides your balance and a list of recent transactions. If you have not yet activated this feature, follow the on-screen instructions to opt in.
Payments
For residents using cheques as their primary payment method, hand delivery or courier services are alternate options. Find your local Tribe office address by visiting https://tribemgmt.com/contact/. Additionally, consider enrolling in our Pre-Authorized Payment (PAD) program or take advantage of the convenient one-time credit card payment option available through the Tribe Home platform's Tribe Payments feature.
